Really soft olive oil:
The most expanded variety in the region. It will be liked by gourmet ammeters
of sweet olive oils. The perfume is very light and erased at the end of
the year.

Taste: Strong taste of artichoke and of dried herbs.

soft olive oil:
This is the result of a rigorous selection from the variety of our oldest
trees. This olive oil holds all the attention of our oenologist. The transmission
of our knowledge and our willingness to strive for excellence is what
continues to contribute to this great alchemy. It is a sweet and fruity
olive oil.
Packing : bleu and yellow can
Smell: Subtle and delicate flavor, a smell of almond.
Taste: The sweetness hardly hides the explosion of flavors, a taste of
mango, hazelnut and artichoke.

strong olive oil:
Made out of younger olives, the olive oil perfectly completes the “virgin
extra” because its character is much stronger. Intended to a public
that likes a more spiced up olive oil, it has a strong taste of olive.
Packing : white can
Smell: a very pleasant perfume of ripe olives.
Taste: Fresh herbs, grilled almonds and a strong taste in the swallow.
