Symbol of eternal life, the Olive tree inspires our philosophy….

The Alziari Company was founded around 130 years ago, in the middle of an “oléicole” (olive growing) prosperity. The current mill was built at the end of the XIX century where ruined oil mills use to be.

The city counted at that time dozens of stream mills all along the river. The wars, the agriculture development of the region of nice and the property speculation were the reasons of the end of all these establishments.

We are the last and only mill still working in nice today.

Generations succeeded one another and new how to not only protect the traditional methods of working, but also, now thanks to the numerous products that we propose allowed us to open a window to a real Mediterranean way of life.

In spite of the old age of our company we try to adapt ourselves to the modern time, this is why you can now order on our “on-line boutique” through out the world.
