- Ingredients: (per person): 2 slices of fresh pineapple, 1 banana, coffee beans, sugar cane syrup, olive oil, white rum, cognac.
- Recipe: Take a pan, pour olive oil. Add 2 slices of fresh pineapple, 1 banana cut in half lengthwise. Add beans. Put everything in the oven for a few minutes. Flambé with cane sugar syrup, white rum, and cognac. Serve on a hot plate.
