Symbol of eternal life, the olive tree inspires our philosophy.

1868: Nicolas Alziari dashes into the manufacturing of the olive oil and already meets a frank success with the private individuals but also the professionals.

1900: Conscious that to distance itself from his numerous competitors, Nicolas Alziari, had to supply for some of his prestigious customers of more elaborated olive oil. The region of Nice cultivating only a single variety ( cailletier ), he have had the idea to borrow method used in the world of the wine, the champagne, the coffee or still the chocolate and thus launched a campaign through Europe in search of rare varieties of olives agreeing perfectly with the local variety . One needed that years and unique knowledge to realize blend of exception which make for this day the reputation of the company : Grand Crus.

1920: Opening of the 1st shop in Nice street Gubernatis

1930: Arrival of the electricity to the replacing mill

1955: After Nicolas Alziari's death, it is his son
