Tariff

Free shipping from 70 euros (France).

For metropolitan France, the shipping cost is 8 euros for orders under 70 euros. Beyond this amount, the prices listed on the website include shipping.

For the rest of the world, shipping costs are calculated according to weight, volume control and the country of destination. You just have to register you on the website to assess the postage automatically calculated.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

The transportation of your parcel

Your packages are shipped and delivered within 48 hours (business days, average time found, subject to availability for mainland France).

For the rest of the world, it takes between 4 and 10 days.

They are entrusted to a company specializing in delivering packages selected by us according to the nature and destination of package.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will pay postage for each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile parcels. 

Packages are oversized and protected.

In case of damage during shipping, you must make reservations to the driver or contact the shipping company directly (reference parcel).

Returns

Any product return must be a formal agreement between the company and the customer and Alziari be returned within 48 hours after the agreement. After this period, no return will be considered.

Any return accepted by society Alziari, in the case of a defect or nonconformity of the goods delivered, that will be recognized and accepted by society Alziari, allow the customer to get free replacement of defective product or refund, excluding any other compensation or damages.
